- For General and Under Armour merchandise; Self-collection at SCKLM Official Merchandise booth during SCKLM Expo (26 – 28 September 2019). No collection on Saturday at Dataran Merdeka (28 September 2019) and Event day (29 September 2019).
- For Charity merchandise; Self-collection at respective charity booth either during SCKLM Expo (26 – 28 September 2019) or on Event Day (29 September 2019).
- For TudungPeople merchandise; Self-collection at TudungPeople booth either during SCKLM Expo (26 – 28 September 2019) or on Event Day (29 September 2019).
- For Seiko merchandise;

- To collect your merchandise, you must bring your merchandise slip, registration confirmation slip, and your IC/ passport.
- Delivery service is not available for all merchandise except for Seiko (valid to Malaysia address only).
