
Dirigo Events will utilise a timing system embedded onto running bibs to monitor and assess your pace. There is 1 timing mat/ checkpoint at the Start/Finish to track your pace (every 1km lap). You will also need to run at the pace based on the ‘Option 1 Pace Group’ timing that you have applied for. You will need to maintain even splits throughout the run, clocking each kilometre at about the same amount of time. Please refer to the table below:

What you should not carry during the run:
You are not allowed to get any help from friends, other runners or any unauthorised persons in any way, either in person or by using any communication device, to track your pace or time your laps.
