MY MOTIVATION
Running at my age is a privilege, and I'm deeply grateful for the health that allows me to do so. This run is for those who can't, and in support of the dedicated team at Hospis Malaysia who bring comfort and dignity to individuals and families facing difficult times. My hope is that my efforts, however modest, will encourage others to contribute to this essential service and perhaps inspire someone to take their own small step towards better health.
