MY MOTIVATION
It helped me Physically, Mentally, spirituality Psychologically and Emotionally in managing and accepting myself, my mental health and mental illness in dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Stress and Suicide. Hardwork, perseverance, determination helped me to complete in every race (walkathon) I participated. Looking forward to continue participate in this event.
