MY MOTIVATION
Running is not about winning races or standing on a podium. I run because I hate to stop. Stopping means giving in to doubt, fatigue, or the voice that says I have done enough.
Running teaches me to answer that voice with action.
There are mornings when my legs feel heavy and my mind looks for excuses. Once I start moving, something changes.
Each step becomes a reminder that progress does not require perfection.
