MY MOTIVATION
As a Muay Thai and fitness coach, I believe movement can change lives. I train people to become stronger not only physically, but also mentally. One of the most meaningful parts of my journey is coaching a child with congenital heart disease and helping him safely build strength, confidence, and resilience.
Seeing his determination despite his condition has inspired me deeply. It reminds me that true strength comes from courage and heart, not just physical ability. Every small progress he makes is a powerful reminder of why I do what I do.
I am joining this marathon to support congenital heart patients and to raise awareness for children who face daily health challenges. Running this race is not just a personal goal, but a way to stand with my student and many others who are fighting their own battles.
Through this run, I hope to spread the message that with the right support, encouragement, and training, even those with limitations can grow stronger and live active, meaningful lives.
