MY MOTIVATION
Participating in this marathon is more than just a physical challenge for me. Instead, it is a meaningful opportunity to support Yayasan Jantung Kongenital Malaysia and raise awareness about congenital heart disease. Every step I take in this race represents hope, strength and resilience for children and families who are courageously battling heart conditions.
By running, I am also taking steps toward becoming healthier and stronger, both physically and mentally. This journey reminds me how important a healthy heart is, something many congenital heart patients fight for every single day. As I train and push my limits, I am reminded that while I run by choice, many are fighting for their lives without one. That thought motivates me to keep going and I hope my participation can encourage others to value their health and support those who need it most.
