MY MOTIVATION
Watching my father battle pancreatic cancer in 2018 broke something in me and rebuilt me. I started running to honor his courage and keep my promise to stay strong for those I love. What began as a way to stay healthy turned into a deep love for running. Three years earlier, my mother was referred to Hospis Malaysia. A kind nurse reached out, ready to bring comfort and dignity to her final days through their free home palliative care. Tragically, she slipped away before they could arrive. That gentle offer of help still touches my heart deeply. This Oct, I’m running my first full marathon at the KLSCM for Hospis Malaysia. Every aching step, every breath, is for my beloved parents and for the families who need that same compassionate care. A small donation means the world. It helps deliver expert, loving support to those in desperate need. Thank you for helping me reach the finish line and for giving others the peace my family once longed for. No one should face this alone.
