MY MOTIVATION
I started running when I realised I was unfit. In my 40s, I run so I can age with strength, not dependency — so my family never has to worry about me being bedridden, and I can live my remaining years with dignity, joy, and no regrets.
But this run is not just for me. I run for those who never had the chance to prioritise their health — the elderly who sacrificed for their families and now face illness and fragility.
That’s why I’m running for Hospis Malaysia. They provide compassionate palliative care so patients can live their final days with comfort and dignity.
If we still have time and health, let’s use it to help those who don’t. Support this cause. Every donation brings comfort to someone’s final journey.
