MY MOTIVATION
I’m running for a reason — and it’s deeply personal.
Three years ago, Hospis Malaysia gave my youngest son compassionate, professional care during his battle with cancer, allowing him to leave us peacefully and with dignity. For that, my family and I will always be grateful.
Today, I’m facing my own journey with cancer. I was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and have undergone surgery to remove my prostate. This run is my way of giving back and standing in solidarity with every patient and family who needs care, comfort, and hope during the most challenging times.
I’m running to raise funds for Hospis Malaysia, so they can continue providing free, professional community palliative care to patients with life‑limiting illnesses such as cancer, AIDS, and organ failure across the Klang Valley.
