MY MOTIVATION
I want to support Kechara Soup Kitchen because I truly believe that no one can think about building a better future when they don’t even have enough to eat. How can anyone focus on breaking out of poverty if their basic needs for food and shelter aren’t met? When I think about the millions of people who live like that every day, it makes me realise how blessed I am, even being able to pay to run a marathon is already a privilege. That contrast reminds me how important it is to give back. Helping Kechara Soup Kitchen feels meaningful because they provide the care, dignity, and nourishment people need just to stand a chance at a better life.
