MY MOTIVATION
“I am joining this marathon to challenge myself both physically and mentally, and to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Distance running has taught me discipline, resilience, and focus, and I hope to further strengthen these qualities through this event. I also wish to inspire my family, friends, and colleagues to pursue regular exercise and to show that with consistent effort, we can all push beyond our perceived limits.
