MY MOTIVATION
I am running for Hospis Malaysia because I believe that every person deserves dignity, comfort, and compassion at the most vulnerable time of their lives.
As a mother & a person who went through bariatric surgery because of my severe health issue, I have experienced how precious life and health truly are. I understand that strength is not only about endurance, but also about empathy. Through running, I have learned resilience — pushing through discomfort, staying present in difficult moments, and finishing with purpose.
I am not just running for a medal or a personal record. I am running to raise awareness about the importance of palliative care, to support families navigating serious illness, and to honor those who are fighting silent battles.
Every kilometer I complete is dedicated to someone who needs comfort, hope, and care. I hope my run can inspire others to give, support, and believe in compassionate healthcare for all.
