MY MOTIVATION
Running started as a personal challenge, but it soon became a meaningful part of my life. It has taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of consistency.
My journey began with my first half marathon, where I had only three weeks of training. Despite the limited preparation, I managed to finish in sub-2 hours, which sparked my passion for running and motivated me to keep improving.
Recently, I achieved a new personal best of 1:42 at the JB City Half Marathon, a milestone that reflects the dedication I’ve put into my training.
As a Malaysian, it would mean a lot for my first full marathon to be at the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon, the largest marathon in Malaysia. Making my marathon debut on home soil would be an unforgettable moment.
Running through this opportunity would also allow me to support a meaningful cause while inspiring others around me to stay active and pursue their goals.
