MY MOTIVATION
My name is John Allen, and I am an experienced teacher who is deeply passionate about the power of education to transform lives. Throughout my career, I have been motivated by the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality learning opportunities, regardless of their background.
I am running for Teach For Malaysia because I strongly believe in its mission to address educational inequality and empower students to reach their full potential. As an educator, I want to contribute my experience, commitment, and passion to help create meaningful change and support the development of students and communities across Malaysia.
