MY MOTIVATION
Running is an extremely personal part of my life. As I'm out running, I ponders on a lot of things. Like life, running takes you on a journey. On one day, it feels like a breeze. On another, it can be cruel and even knock you down. Beginner or seasoned, to move forward, all of us have to do the same thing. That is to put one foot in front of the other. Running can be hard. Life's much more. But if we keep on stepping forward, we are already winning over ourselves. That's how we can keep going
