MY MOTIVATION
I am a 49-year-old man with heart disease. I have never been a fitness guy, but I am running a 10 km race for Hospis Malaysia. I know it will be hard, but I am determined to finish. I want to raise awareness for Hospis Malaysia and the important work they do. I also want to inspire others who are facing heart disease. I know I can do this, and I know I can make a difference.
