MY MOTIVATION
I am running the Full Marathon at KLSCM 2026 to support Hospis Malaysia because, in my work, I see every day how important dignified end-of-life care truly is.
As an anaesthesiologist and critical care specialist, I care for critically ill patients and support families through difficult decisions during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Pain relief, comfort, dignity, and compassionate communication are at the heart of good end-of-life care.
By taking on this marathon, I hope to support Hospis Malaysia in extending this care beyond the hospital, so that patients can receive comfort, dignity, respect, and support within their own communities when they need it most.
