Baggage Drop Off & Collection
Please find the essential guidelines for the Baggage Drop-Off and Collection service at Dataran DBKL. This service is strictly exclusive to runners who opted in during registration; gear bags will not be sold at the Race Entry Pack Collection (REPC).
Schedule & Eligibility
- Saturday, 3 October (4:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Clear gear bags with WHITE strings only.
- Sunday, 4 October (1:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Clear gear bags with BLACK strings only.
Key Rules & Procedures
- Bag Limit: All personal items (handbags, pouches, etc.) must fit entirely inside the clear gear bag. No exceptions.
- Drop Off: Volunteers will secure a number tag to your bib. Ensure it does not cover your timing chip.
- Collection: Have your number tag ready for verification and exit the counter area promptly.
- Prohibited Items: Do not pack valuables (jewellery, wallets, cash), electronics (mobile phones, tablets), sharp objects (scissors, penknives), or perishable food in your gear bag
