MY MOTIVATION
Running has always been more than just a sport to me, it is a reminder of the strength and resilience our bodies are capable of. As a TCM practitioner, I believe that good health is one of life’s greatest blessings, and every step we take is a gift.
This is why I am joining the Run For A Reason fundraising campaign in support of Hospis Malaysia. While many of us have the privilege to run, countless patients are facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Through this run, I hope to turn every kilometre into hope, comfort, and care for those who need it most.
