MY MOTIVATION
Hi! I’ll be running 10k in October to raise funds for hospice care and to support dignity at end of life 🤍 This run is so much more than a fitness goal for me. Hospis Malaysia is a wonderful organisation that supports people and families through some of life’s most difficult moments.
I spend my days as a Pilates teacher helping people move with more ease and efficiency, with strength and awareness. Movement has always brought me joy, and every run I do reminds me that being able to move is a privilege.
Every donation matters, no matter the amount. If unable to donate, sharing this page would mean just as much.
