Q: How do I schedule an appointment to redeem the screening package?
A: Contact us via call or WhatsApp at 03-8230 8822.
Please bring your merchandise slip on the appointment day for verification.
Q: Can I redeem this package at any of the 18 IHH Healthcare Malaysia hospitals?
A: Yes. Please note that the number of redemptions is based on the total number of packages purchased.
Note: For purchases made on or before 30 June under the "Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur Exclusive Screening Package", the services can only be redeemed at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
Q: What is the deadline for redeeming the package?
A: The health screening package must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.
Q: What information is required to book an appointment?
A: To schedule your appointment, please provide the following details:
• Full name
• NRIC/passport number
• Merchandise slip registration code
• Contact number
• Preferred appointment date
• Preferred hospital (if applicable)
Q: Can I walk in for a health screening?
A: No, prior appointment is required.
Q: Things to take note before appointment:
A: 1. Please bring your identification card (NRIC) or passport for registration purposes.
2. Fasting for at least 6 hours is required. However, you may drink plain water.
3. Please wear suitable and comfortable attire. Sports attire is recommended for those planning to undergo a Treadmill Stress Test.
4. Ensure you have at least 6 hours of sleep prior to your appointment.
5. Please take your medication as prescribed.
6. Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
