Q: What do you need to provide for appointment?

A: Name, NRIC/passport, contact number, date, package selection

Q: Can I walk in to do my health screening?

A: Prior appointment is encouraged to avoid long waiting time

Things to take note before appointment:

1. Please fast for at least 8-10 hours prior to the appointment (consumption of plain water is allowed).
2. It is advisable to refrain from smoking or consumption of alcohol at least 8 hours prior to the appointment.
3. Antibiotics should not be taken for at least 8 hours prior to the appointment.
4. Postpone taking any routine medication (except anti-hypertensive drugs) until after blood investigation, unless advised otherwise by your physician.
5. Ladies who are going for mammogram are advised to avoid using deodorant or talcum powder.
6. Schedule your health screening 10 days after from the 1st day of your menstruation, when undergoing pap smear.
