MY MOTIVATION
I believe health is a lifelong practice, and not a destination. As a fitness and health enthusiast, I understand firsthand that building a strong and healthy body starts with cardiovascular wellness. I am running for Yayasan Jantung Kongenital Malaysia to champion heart health awareness, and to support the essential resources the foundation provides. I am eager to push my limits on the course, and help raise funds to ensure everyone has the opportunity and chance to live a stronger, heart-healthy life! Health is wealth!
